Contracted interior design and decorating services include the following:

• Assist in selection of furniture, fabrics, color schemes, wall & window treatments, flooring, carpeting, tile, lighting, bathroom fixtures, decorative accessories, art, bedding, etc. 

• Project Management - liaison with general contractor, sub contractors, architect, other designers working on project (kitchen and bathroom designers, custom closet designers, custom cabinetmakers) 

• Selection and specification of finishes and materials for walls, floors, ceilings, countertops, bath and kitchen cabinetry and fixtures 

• Job site visits 

• Custom designed furniture, built-ins, window treatments, paint finishes, accessories, cabinetry 

• Preparation of floor plans, furniture layouts, and elevations 

• Design boards outlining concepts, colors, fabrics, furniture, accessories, etc. 

• Assist client with any shopping for home furnishings and accessories - new, antique, or custom 

• Refurbish existing furniture or accessories (upholstery, slipcovers, painted finishes, refinish furniture, restoration and/or repair of antique furniture, art, photo restoration) 

• Work with client's existing home furnishings & accessories to fit into new or existing space 

• Oversee delivery and installation of furniture, window treatments, artwork, accessories, lighting, carpeting, flooring, tile, bathroom fixtures, rugs, appliances, etc.
